Terms of Service

Last updated: April 17, 2026

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Envshed you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Account and security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and CLI tokens safe, for the activity of users you invite, and for ensuring that the secrets you store comply with applicable law and your own contractual obligations.

Acceptable use

Do not use Envshed to store material that is illegal where you operate, to host malware or phishing infrastructure, to abuse the service, or to interfere with other customers. We may suspend access for violations while we investigate.

Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Paid plans include a 14-day trial; you are not charged during the trial. You can cancel at any time; charges already made for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law.

Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but provide the service on an "as available" basis. We may update the product, change pricing for future periods with notice, or discontinue non-core features. Material changes will be announced in the changelog.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Envshed's aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account owners by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
